* Wednesday, both Millennials had assorted errands. We got them all, including mine, but they ate most of our spoons. Still, there are things that must be done for all of us before friendsgiving.

Notable thing that happened. At forage, I was waiting for a cart, leaning on crutch and line divider pole, burning spoons, my hips on fire. A family that turned up after me was waiting in line too. an able bodied person sharked the next cart that came in, and was stubborn about it being hers to me.

The check in lady politely but firmly made her turn it over to me because I was next. O.o

Number of places that I know staff will stop line jumpers is now officially two, the other being the Post Office.

The Imperial couple were So Good Wednesday. Tavy took turns which meant Livia got all the uninterrupted bed pets she wanted and Livia decided that even though there were two Millennials visiting, she was going to come out periodically for pets and treats. So brave. Techie Millennial saw more of her in a shortish visit than they possibly ever had.

Tavy DID get overstimulated, but he didn't bite anyone. he did hurt me, but it was an accident as he failed a dex roll and fell on me, at which point he understandably panicked.

When I got back from dropping people off, I walked in on them were running back and forth between my bedroom and Squirrel's door like they were doing a sprinting drill. Livia wore out first and sensible settled in her Happy Place wanting a nap. Tavy decided to do desk laps back and forth over two desks and laptop I was trying to work on until he too finally wound down to both Livia and my relief.

They spent the rest of the night, him in his special heated bed, her in her scratch box on my desk, rising for the occasional snack and/or love, then going right back to bed. I love it went we hang out together peaceably like we have the last few days.

* Is this some sort of record? I woke up a few days ago with Goncharov suddenly all over my dash having been invented while I was asleep. By the time I woke up the next a whole developed fandom was there with gifs, analysis, discourse, posters, fanart, fanfic etc.. By evening mainstream media had found it. By 1:54 AM Tumblr was noticeable turning on it. It's now night three and there is a soundtrack and a ridiculously high number of fanFics on AO3.

I is the fundamentally creatively collaborative nature of Tumblr and the cultural sense of humor that have kept me there through good times and bad for so long.

I have thinking about what happens to planets after the spirit is killed and things like the fish on Canaan and odd seal behavior and the turnips on the ninth and the implications for why the ninth house was having so much trouble reproducing.

But it’s more than a low fertility rate. The animals etc. change slowly after. Humans are animals. I think it goes deeper than where necromancers come from. I keep thinking about the way the ninth house culture is in Gideon the Ninth. The way the pairs (and triad) were in Gideon. What we know about the seventh and fourth. The peculiarities of second, third, and eighth necromancy and their psychological implications. Some of the houses seem more effected than others, but I think it’s there in all of them.

I am thinking all sorts of half formed things about the differences between people raised on Thanargy dominant worlds vs. the Resettled.
