* You may have noticed odd posting times. My lungs are bad even by my standards. I have an appointment on Monday morning. We'll see if anything can be done about the infection. So I have very little energy, I'm coughing constantly, and achieving anything, including sleep is difficult. It took what felt like forever to chew through the Mueller stuff and it ended up making sense to stay up Thursday to go to the library, instead of gambling that I could get it together after sleep fast enough to squeeze in there and the pharmacy before close. Which through the sleep cycle off. Friday I stayed up to forage as I hadn't been well enough to go in a week? More? Hence me not managing awake at a reasonable time.

Squirrel's sofa cover came. It is better than I feared. I was picturing the horrible plastic covers the neighbors across the street had when I was a kid. This one is quilted gray fabric on one side and rubberized plastic on the other. Not aesthetically pleasing, but I can sit on it comfortably. It's long enough, but designed for an entirely different type of sofa. I made it work, and it's far better than the alternative just now. Tavy fought a violent battle with it off and on for hours Friday.

I went to put the cushions back together, but found they weren't cleaned to my satisfaction after all. I intended to start over from scratch today, but my the time I'd full changed bathroom litter, did buckets from tank change earlier in the week, and had a bath, I simply couldn't face the level of hard manual labor involved. I frankensteined out and did some necessary night gardening instead, since I wasn't well enough to manage minimum maintenance Thursday, and they need daily water checks this time of year in this heat.

The triffid lilies are stunning this year. I'll post pics tomorrow, I think. I'm a bit concerned about the carnations, which after the first flurry of blooms are barely producing.

I am just exhausted, waking or sleeping. A serious lung infection will do that. This is the first bad one since the new vaccine came out fall before last. Given it's a partial coverage situation and things like this mutate, the fact I went this long is a minor miracle. I hate it and it's eating my summer, but it's not MRSA bad or bad like that thing that nearly took me out the winter before then new vaccine.

I'm like triple booked for Monday with too many things in the day time. I'm not going to even try to impose order on my body until I have antibiotics inside med and the Monday things conquered. Expect weird and possibly sporadic posting until mid-next week at minimum.
