* Tuesday: We're extending my antibiotic an extra few days, which makes sense. I was really bad today, but this evening I'm noticeably improved, if still ugh. It's a slow process.

In a renovation plot twist, the toilets arrived unexpectedly, so we now have gorgeous new, properly installed toilets that do not leak or wobble.

Livia and Tavy hid all day in her favorite hide. They heard the Strangers leaving and e making it's safe sounds, so when I looked down their two little anxious faces were peering up at me. i wish I could have taken a picture.

Squirrel and I voted today, as the ballots came in the mail. It was the periodic referendum for school funding and infrastructure upgrade funding. I always vote yes for school and infrastructure funding, in case you were curious.

Remember Folks, vote in every primary and election, no matter how small.

* Wednesday: I did do a bunch of prep and reading Tuesday night, but had to lie down rather suddenly and couldn't post all I had to tumblr, let alone finish off the dreamwidth aggregation.

Today was the dentist, nice older lady I hadn't seen before, who I heard refer to me as a "very good patient" and cool as a cucumber. It was a pretty easy cavity, towards the front and not deep. I'm scheduled for a free revision on the problematic molar in March which I'm looking forward to getting solved.

It was a pretty chill day here at the cat asylum. The emperor was not best pleased by me leaving the bed. The Empress ate her shreds without drama and has been alternating snack/pettins/ sofa back lounging, with sitting in the living room window. She would very much like the Gazebo bird show to come out of hiatus, but he wind is putting on a decent show, so it's not so bad.

So apparently an oversized extended bowl toilet is definitely an improvement. Props to the guy who wrote up the specs for getting me some. I made sure squirrel had the new key before h went to work. I still need to test them myself properly, but my foot is terrible today, so it'll have to wait.
