* Further Snowdon fall out: It looks like Australia tried to spy on the personal phones of the Indonesian President, his wife, and inner circle. Indonesia is understandably furious. They has withdrawn their ambassador and are talking about expelling the Australian delegation. Likely this is going to seriously bork negotiations around asylum seekers.
* Want to help those hit by six tornadoes last night? The Red Cross can always us Blood or money and as of bed time last night it sounds like they project quite a number of wounded: https://www.redcross.org/donate/index.jsp?donateStep=2&itemId=prod10002
* Waste of skin George Zimmerman has been arrested yet again for assault, domestic violence, etc., this time for hitting his pregnant ex-girlfriend, you know, the one who's father he threatened to kill last time. Don't worry, he's totally claiming it's her fault he had to hit her and throw her out of her own house and threaten her with a gun and break her furniture, you know, like it was Trayvon's fault Mr. Zimmerman had to hunt him down and kill him. Yeah. After all, why should he ever have to take responsibility for his own behavior when there is a victim to blame.

* I meet the contractor again too early Thursday. They are going to do a moisture test which takes three days and sounds kind of cool. It sounds like they are going to redo some of the concrete where it's particularly damaged and epoxy the surface, assuming they find nothing shocking. Realistically, the floors are eating the rest of November. I'm going to get out some of my flattened cardboard boxes, tape them up and continue taking down book shelves, hopefully with help to take them to the new storage, where I can hide them until the shelves are in over there, presumably in November.
After I did errands: meds pick-up, shopping, dropping off donations. I scored krispy cremes being sold for a scholarship fund raiser. Omnomnom.
* We talked a lot about game stuff after Squirrel left, and there is some talk of doing some side trips and passing off GMing possibly during the worst of the move. I explained that I simply can't run modern Vampire or Shifter stuff because I burnt out on it decades ago. I could run modern mages. I could do time travel or alternate worlds with this group, and will likely think about that near futurish, to run into lay post move. I've an idea where I can slot stuff in, Bwahahahaha!
