* Tavy News: The Emperor has rediscovered the pleasures of his youth. The Ribbon Game involves me waving a long ribbon, which is so exciting, he runs from room to room like a maniac, too worked up to actually play with it. Livia, watching: O.o

At bedtime I was decanting and sorting a library pick up. This was in the largest paper bag size. The Middle Aged Terror say this, and seemed to remember how much he loved paper bags as a Tiny Terror. See, at some point he discovered he was too large to enjoy even the largest Pharmacy bags, and lost interest, so I started doing games involving a crinkle paper mest instead, but this bag was On the Bed and the right size for a full grown terror to really stretch out in. We had a great time playing kitten in a Bag for the first time in years, even if I did have to use a library DvD instead of a jingle stick, the bag being between me and the bed toys.

Livia News: She has discovered the Andromache Memorial Pettin Throne. I bought this pouf second hand when Mache was getting up there in years. It is low enough that an arthritic cat doesn't need to jump to get on. It is round and padded. Best of all it is right by where I sit at my desk so a cat can get pettins between naps. Mache was my copilot for years. LM came to love the Throne towards the end of her life. Now Livia has discovered it and as I typed this, she had fallen asleep on my foot after a long love.
