* ToS Rewatch:

- Court Martial. The second Court Martial in one season. This one is triggery for me and so hard to watch. You know what? I'm skipping to the end. I'm not in the mood.

- Return of the Archon. What is with the Beam up delay on the enterprise? Worst attempt at undercover ever. Outside of outfits and returning the greeting they made no attempt at all to blend in. Is it any surprise they were caught? I suppose it's consistent. They were bad in the whale movie and spok was terrible at it in the TNG Romulan infiltration one. Why do they keep ignoring the warnings of local people of good will who are trying to help them and actually know what is going on? Why does Kirk not understand the concept of projection? Film projector's are 19th century tech and The ghosts in the Haunted Mansion in Disney are 1950's tech. Even with the structural sexism and implied rape, this one is honestly the best ToS episodes so far. Kirk sure is good at those prime directive breaking self justifications. They repeat the basic concept later, but I don't think they ever do it as well as here.
