* Housing Update: The inspection turned up a small repair, but the plumbing and appliances were fine. We've requested they fix the small thing and professionally clean after the college student moves out. (He seems like a nice guy and a good renter, but it's nice to start with things really clean). The seem inclined to sort it and have released the legally required two years of HOA minutes. Alas, still no rules for living there.
