My arm is bad today. It's entirely my own fault. I moved in my sleep.
I dreamed 45 was literally trying to strangle me to death. Me to my subconscious: On the nose much?
* Tuesday: Last night I got a massive crippling headache on top of everything else, clearly from the arm thing screwing up my muscular system. It got so bad I couldn't really read. It hit right about the point right after I started reading prepped links. I ended up puttering around an continuing the Blake's 7 rewatch instead of working.
Tonight was worse. the headache was worse, the arm was still bad, and the nausea was such I couldn't keep my meds down despite crackers, and it took until after 8PM to stabilize the system enough to keep my antinausea meds down. At which point I really needed a nap. squirrel wandered out of his room at just the right point and helped rescue me by bringing in my lung stuff so I could do a treatment in my room. It might seem a small thing, but at that point, standing up was starting me up all over gain, and so was coughing.
Luckily a food shipment came from the millenials today as well as a box with a four pack of the special crackers for another friend. I had a dinner of crackers and an almost ripe banana, with a snack a little later of some dried mango and a few cashews. My head is still bad, but I no longer feel heavily concussed.
I may not be able to stay upright long, but I'll do what I can.
