* I got decent sleep Saturday and the symptoms were more manageable. My concentration was not ideal, alas. Money cleared and catfood is ordered. (Car out of hock and taxes paid was earlier n the week). All bills except the final autodraw are covered and there's money for that.
I've written before about me not having plague based nightmares, and even my perennial zombies have gone to ground. The last two weeks I've started to have pandemic dreams, but not about COVID itself. (My theory is, I know I'm going to die slowly and horribly of a lung infection eventually, but I've had a couple decades to get used to the idea and to the risk every outside contact brings of that happening, unlike healthy people who haven't been living in partial lockdown for a decade). No, my covid dreams are about everyone under forty taking off their makes and crowding into stores and Breathing on each other, and me. <.< >.>

* Sunday: I got very little sleep and am stupid tired. My loss was Livia's gain though. Tavy hates the fan I use as a force multiplier for the AC. He has sensitive skin and it ruffles his fur, so he sleeps in the living room. Livia's learned that if she waits for me to return from the bathroom, she can follow me to bed and get me entirely to herself for pettins with no interruptions.
She got a nice long one first time I got up. About an hour later I was awakened for a charter school poll. She heard me making sounds and as every cat knows a human alone in a room making sounds needs a cat, so she got seconds. Then I got up a while later to pee again and spotted the groceries, which I missed arriving. I was putting them away and she was running around squeaking indignantly because the human should hurry up and lie down so she could have her pet! Elder Kitty heard me doing things in the kitchen and the squeaking and mistook it for feeding time even though it was mid afternoon and lined up for chow, poor thing.
Livia enjoyed thirds so much she actually fell asleep on me, which is super rare. So many lovins. And she ended up staying to sleep in the pillow lee after she was done cuddling the last time. she only learned how to use pillow lees in the last couple of days.

I've written before about me not having plague based nightmares, and even my perennial zombies have gone to ground. The last two weeks I've started to have pandemic dreams, but not about COVID itself. (My theory is, I know I'm going to die slowly and horribly of a lung infection eventually, but I've had a couple decades to get used to the idea and to the risk every outside contact brings of that happening, unlike healthy people who haven't been living in partial lockdown for a decade). No, my covid dreams are about everyone under forty taking off their makes and crowding into stores and Breathing on each other, and me. <.< >.>

* Sunday: I got very little sleep and am stupid tired. My loss was Livia's gain though. Tavy hates the fan I use as a force multiplier for the AC. He has sensitive skin and it ruffles his fur, so he sleeps in the living room. Livia's learned that if she waits for me to return from the bathroom, she can follow me to bed and get me entirely to herself for pettins with no interruptions.
She got a nice long one first time I got up. About an hour later I was awakened for a charter school poll. She heard me making sounds and as every cat knows a human alone in a room making sounds needs a cat, so she got seconds. Then I got up a while later to pee again and spotted the groceries, which I missed arriving. I was putting them away and she was running around squeaking indignantly because the human should hurry up and lie down so she could have her pet! Elder Kitty heard me doing things in the kitchen and the squeaking and mistook it for feeding time even though it was mid afternoon and lined up for chow, poor thing.
Livia enjoyed thirds so much she actually fell asleep on me, which is super rare. So many lovins. And she ended up staying to sleep in the pillow lee after she was done cuddling the last time. she only learned how to use pillow lees in the last couple of days.
