I have discovered all the cats hate the smell of the odoban. I now preemptively spray the pee covers and scoop the sofa box every day. He's using it. I know he'll pee there anyway if I don't put the box there and spray everywhere else, but at least it's holding for now, which I need in advance of inspection.
