* I spent the weekend doing a pain rest. the process is exhausting and time consuming, but the pain level is actually within what is for me manageable limits. (This is still a lot of pain for a normal person, but I can now do things like make a sandwich or sweep small sections of floor.) I know I have obligations I've yet to fulfill. I haven't forgotten them; I just need to be less tired at this point.

I am not looking forward to the next leg of the bureaucracy scavenger hunt, but I thnk these things are all going to be Tuesday problems.
