* There was spotting when I got up Friday and she had another oops later in the evening. Now that she's doing better health wise, it is time to start discouraging accidents. After I whisked the soiled towels away, I aluminum foiled the sofa, except for where the box is. The Imperial couple Hate This. They hated it so much on discovering this, that they hissed at it. Tavy outright attacked the foil and tried to fight it. The sound this made sent poor Livia to her hiding closet in a panic. However, several hours later, I observed her examining the sofa litter from several angles, and after much deliberation, she found away to use the sofa box without touching the tin foil. I'm calling it a win. I plan to put extra water in her day food when I go to bed.

In other news, one of them has gnawed their way into the prescription diet kibbles, which Livia is not allowed to have. I've had to confiscate them. The canisters are full of not safe for Livia kibble. I need to work out a solution.

* We're aggressively fighting the sinus infection. I'm already antibiotic sick and I keep hitting the exhaustion wall rather suddenly forcing me to do the Internet equivalent of pencil's down with hardly any warning. I'm also having a nightmarish time with the chronic pain as I'm off my meds for the duration. Those of you reading the digest form will notice I didn't public two days in a row. Basically, I'd been scaffolding the links on in the usual way but had to LIE DOWN RIGHT NOW before I could post. Those of you reading on tumblr may have notice short and sporadic news bursts instead of the usual pattern. That's why. I'm short on concentration and the battle against the sinus infection is sapping my strength. I was actually well enough to manage two proper meals Sunday and I'm noticing some improvement in my condition generally, so here's hoping.

I barely touched Friday's news and I'm still puttering along. I've no idea when I'll catch up.
