* So here's the deal. I am doing better, though exhausted. The really bad pain incidents take a lot out of me. It's not serious, or a deterioration, just part of the illness. In an ideal world i could just rest for a week. I had a midsleep cycle social thing today, which was nice, but exhausting. Tomorrow I have trans lecture all morning. I haven't foraged all week, which is not great, and there is no EBT until Monday. I am not starving, but I'm running low on key ingredients like cheese and boca rolls. I'm suspecting I won't be able to manage forage tomorrow, but I need to go to the library at minimum since it was closed Monday for Memorial Day, and I was in no shape to go out Wednesday. It would be ideal to forage after library, but it's a lot of standing and crowds. Then I likely have another social thing Saturday, but that I can cancel depending on what degree of rough shape I am by end of lecture. The really bad pain incidents take a lot out of me.
I have eaten, including a lovely salad fresh from my garden. I spent the evening chewing through news as fast as I can, but I can't imagine I'll be even close to caught up until maybe Sunday or Monday if I'm lucky.
I am trying; this is what chronic illness is like.

I haven't foraged all week, which is not great, and there is no EBT until Monday. I am not starving, but I'm running low on key ingredients like cheese and boca rolls. I'm suspecting I won't be able to manage forage tomorrow, but I need to go to the library at minimum since it was closed Monday for Memorial Day, and I was in no shape to go out Wednesday. It would be ideal to forage after library, but it's a lot of standing and crowds. Then I likely have another social thing Saturday, but that I can cancel depending on what degree of rough shape I am by end of lecture. The really bad pain incidents take a lot out of me.
I have eaten, including a lovely salad fresh from my garden. I spent the evening chewing through news as fast as I can, but I can't imagine I'll be even close to caught up until maybe Sunday or Monday if I'm lucky.
I am trying; this is what chronic illness is like.
