* I decided there was just enough gas for today's errands, so I took out some cash for the next time I go out. I paid most of the car repair off, leaving $45 I'll need to raise. I foraged, went and got some groceries from the place near there with cheap cheese and dried fruit, hit the farmer's market for some starts. I'm giving rosemary one last try, as Monday they had some nice people down at the library from the university giving gardening advice and the theory is not enough sun, and possibly not a large enough pot. I've put the plant in one of the two sunniest spots and if it's still alive in a month, I'll put it in a larger planter. There were also some of the hearty accent green that go well in salads at forage, and I picked up a few of the summer lettuce varietals when I bought the rosemary. Then was the library (and the bank) on the way home. I planted things right away and moved a few containers around so the things most needing sun right now have it. It's that time of year when I micro manage sun exposure. The last of the hyacinths is nearly done. I keep wishing I had money for new bulbs as these are clearly near the end of their lives. Weirdly, the crocuses haven't bloomed yet and most of them didn't even sprout this year. I have hopes of daffodils as I see good greenery, but no buds yet. The lilies are in the early stages, and take ages as they get huge for some reasons. Anyway, the garden looks good and I got the food away promptly for once. It was pouring so I left the cardboard lining in the car alone. That's best to wait for sun, as there is no point in changing wet cardboard for wet cardboard. I did put the clean and dry blanket back in and have promised myself to check it regularly for damp. I'm still exiled on the far side of the complex, but they have no disabled people living there as far as I can tell and they only need it about one night a week for a visitor.

So today was officially productive.

* I am doing National Poetry Month again this year, but I'm confining it to Tumblr on the grounds of tired. What the poems I selected? Five or so should turn up daily over here if you want to look them over: http://gwydionmisha.tumblr.com/tagged/Poem

* I used all my money on housing and insurance last month, and this month it's all going to housing and car things. I need the car to get around as I am disabled. I need to raise about $600 to stay afloat. If you'd like to chip in: Paypal Lethran@gmail.com
