gwydion* Time Traveling Obama News: The Attorney General was charged with Contempt of Congress for refusing to validate a conspiracy theorist's claims that the Bush Era "Fast and Furious" ATF plan was really a conspiracy by President Obama to take away the 2nd Amendment rights of American Citizens, despite the President having had no say over or knowledge of what the ATF was doing under President Bush, and them selling guns to Mexican drug dealers having nothing to do with Gun Control. Sigh.
* Sandusky stuff: 1. His adopted son is now accusing him. One would rather wish he came forward early enough to be included in this trial, but I am glad he has found the courage to speak up about what happened to him. 2. Yes, I think Sandusky is guilty as hell. 3. Watching Anderson Cooper interview a sandusky character witness was fascinating. I watched his face as this woman aired her deep denial. They reached a point where he asked her if anything could convince her and she said she'd have to see him do it with her own eyes. There was a long pause while Mr. Cooper's face did this: :/ . You could see how much she horrified him just generally.
* I was going to do a thing about how Republicans are blaming the President for failing to pass the Dream Act over Republican filibuster. After all, it's clearly not the Republican's fault they chose to filibuster it, right? Sigh. * Greenwick came over yesterday. We watched Naked Lunch and walked the cats on the patio, then hung out talking for a while. Today I did a bunch of bureaucracy and dealt with the messes the cats made in the night. Sigh. I'm still hemorrhaging money. Things keep breaking.
