gwydion: (Trouble)

* I was right about the stress jramping up my auto-immune issues. The unhealable patch on my left arm is sending out colonies, and tonight I found a small colony on my right arm.

* I had meet up with Junebug, who I hadn't seen last spring. I got to smell the Black moons and the whole Halloween collection, along with prototypes and a bunch of other things. Fascinating. Luna Negra is lovely in the bottle, but way too heavy a musk on my skin and the Protest charity fragrance is waaaay too much patchouli. Good to know. Now I need a bath.

* Walking Dead: 1. Seriously, Shane is a terrible human being. We knew that from the attempted rape, etc., but tonight was a serious reminder. Shane: still not dead. 2. I know this sounds terrible, but in retrospect, I'd much rather Otis die a hero this way than be fridged uselessly as he is in the comic. As a result, once I got over the shock, I was more okay with it than I expected to be. Doesn't excuse Shane, but it works narratively. 3. Wandering randomly in zombie infested woods in the middle of the night = not okay. 4. Does no one ever close a door? Are they not afraid zombies will wander in? Was no one paying attention in first season? Jesus, characters, what part of "zombie apocalypse" are you not grasping?

My little birds say there is a separate Tyresse in the cast list, so I feel a lot better about T-Dog.

* Looks like I'm not the only one who thinks the doubts about Shakespeare authorship is classist nonsense because people don't want the son of a glover to be a great writer: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/theatre/8848884/Only-foolish-snobs-dont-believe-in-William-Shakespeare.html
