- Arena. I actually forgot I was watching this one while I was watching it for a bit. Bones is hassling Spock about asking really good questions in the beginning of this one, like the exact questions they really should all be asking before they beam down, but only Spock had thoughts beyond his stomach and so they weren't prepared. Second Godlike alien in a row. I've lost track of how many per season. Sigh. Whence the lizard people and wherefore do they wander the galaxy murdering people? What happened to the lizard people after? Klingon, Romulans, etc. are part of the trek verse. I can't remember anything further about the Gorn, but it's possible I've forgotten.
