gwydion* The visit was absolutely lovely. I love talking to them and I wish I could see them more than once a year. They also came with gifts. So many gifts! I have tentacle nails! I have a massive amount of BPAL sniffies and two super exciting rare bottles! There are oranges (I have been craving citrus). There is a small, but infinately precious supply of super intense handmade flavoured caramels, which are the food equivalent of BPAL Le scent poems. So many flavours unfolding in time! Right now I am waiting for the margarine to soften before making toast with an exciting lime dominent marmalade in an exciting green colour! Omnomnom!
Hector had had a hygiene incident last night requiring bathing and approximately three hours of intensive cleaning of the apartment, and was not doing well at all, but tibicina's gentleman friend has a particular magic with cats. Hector settled on his lap for pets and naps nearly the whole visit and seemed entirely recovered from last night's stresses. He is of course horrifically bedraggled, emaciated, post stroke normal, but he was well enough to sit on Tib's shoulders (which is usually reserved for me), have a super long sofa cuddle with me at lung time, and to ride around on my shoulders yelling while I made dinner/did dishes. he did look so forlorn after it was clear they had left. It was the best thing for him to have them visit, I think.

* Ebay worked out better than expected, let us hope things transfer fast enough for me to cover tomorrow's shipping. I not only covered insurance, tomorrow's meds, and postage, but there is money for cat food, litter, and laundry detergent too, assuming paypal gets a move on.

They do also have 'mystery wrap' options which are half the price of normal wraps and contain either one, two, or three wraps (you can also get 6 mystery wrap packages for the price of five to make them even cheaper. Though when I did that I got lots of duplicates.) But there is no choosing, just random wraps, which probably means what they've got extra of at the moment. (Also, some of the mystery wraps apparently contain a 'golden ticket' which is a gift certificate for their store.)
Oh, and the D&D section is 'discontinued and derps' so it contains discounted items which have either been discontinued or which have some small flaw which shouldn't affect the quality, like slightly off weight or leaking for their everything shadows, or damaged packaging for their wraps.
They're based in Seattle and recently opened an actual store front, but it's closed for the time I'm up here, opening against right before Valentine's day, so I'm kind of pouty about that.
