* If a foreign power had unconstitutionally overthrown the democratically elected government of a state and destroyed the entire water distribution system for a city, poisoned the population of that city causing permanent damage to a generation of children there, and likely killed ten people with a biological weapon in the water supply for ideological reasons, we would call that terrorism and we'd very likely be at war, and yet not a single Republican responsible for doing this in Michigan has been arrested for the premeditated atrocity they perpetrated on Flint and democracy is still suspended there.
(Okay technically the Legionaire's outbreak was not premeditated though an outbreak or epidemic of water borne illness was easily predictable, but they knew knew full well that they were destroying every bit of pipe in Flint and lead poisoning the populace. They were warned repeatedly before hand and decided that poisoning all those people and rendering Flint unlivable was a perfectly fine thing to do, knew it was happening exactly as predicted and continued doing it while covering up evidence and discrediting whistle blowers. They did this on purpose for ideological reasons.)
