gwydion* I have been following events in Yemen, the Ukraine, and Bahrain, but am honestly not up to putting something intelligent together regarding them. Apologies. I'm running on next to no sleep and can barely brain.

* Glee 6.4 "Hurt Locker:"
1. OMG: The Klaine Shrine. She's been shipping them since they met. I am wondering if this is a volley in the argument over whether or not m/m porn by itself is activism.
2. No Rachel, no.
3. The terrified people running from the drone in a hallway later revealed to have a "ISIS Awareness Week" sign in it.
4. Sue as Khalesi with all that implies.
5. They are really humping the forth wall today.
6. Speaking of the forth wall, I loved the calling out of Shue over the dropped threads of the various Glee club kids, best aimed at the very people writing the scene.
7. I am still angry they never did right by Unique and dropped the plot threads on her, Puck's little brother and so many others.
8. I hate Shu so much. Like burning. I love that the Vocal Adrenalin kids clearly feel the same, "We don't like you!"
9. Figgins was a terrible Principal, but his current mental health situation is starting to scare me. I bet he gets sue's job at the end of the season.
10. I literally forgot I was watching and wandered off during the Sam/Rachel duet. I take it there was a kiss?
11. The Sue song was gloriously surreal.
12. Blaine's sex negativity about Karofsky and his willingness do go along with Sue's bullshit, was realistically unlikeable.
13. Good for Karofsky getting out there and experimenting to see what worked for him. Go, Karofsky!
14. Golden Girls: Another data point on the list of reasons Kurt is an Xers Gay man, not a millennial one.
15. Rock Lobster and Devo, FTW.
* If you remember, I got sick right when it would be normal to take down the Gothmas gear. I'm still sick, and my lungs are starting to fill after the second antibiotic finished, but while I still ha some breath left, I did it. This is a massive (5 hour) job for me and I still have a mess all over my bed to sort if I ever want to sleep, but the gear is all away. Next year there will be a hunt for the missing solstice box, but for now things are settled. I even have the Halloween and solstice gear properly pre-sorted for next year and found a home for the stack of skulls. I've still got a skeleton in my living room and my altar looks like the cats were at it (They were not), but it is a relief to get some space back. If only the construction would finish so I could move all the patio stuff outside instead of it crowding me constantly. Somehow in the course of the Gothmas season, I lost Chewbacca, alas.
