gwydion* 80 Cases of ebola are being confirmed in Sierra Leone every day. That number is likely way smaller than the real number as the limited lab space and personnel means they literally can't confirm more than 80 a day with current facilities. I'm not kidding about how dire the situation in Sierra Leone is. Doctors without Borders are spread too thin and desperate for more money and volunteers. * Kobane is in danger of falling after three weeks of fighting. Even though the city is on the border with Turkey to the point ISIL artillery is landing in Turkey and the Turkish parliament voted for ground intervention, odds are they will do nothing because they really hate the Kurds. Case in point, the Turks murdered at least 12 Kurds who were peacefully protesting for intervention.
* At 3660 people have died in the Russian backed fighting in Ukraine since April. As 330 of the people were killed since the September cease fire, it sure looks like the ceasefire is imaginary.
