* There was an agreement that Russia would send aid to the area of Ukraine devistated by Russian armed and funded militias through the Red Cross, but they broke the agreement and sent 70 trucks without Red cross sanction. The Ukrainians, presumably having heard of the Trojan horse told them not to come. They came anyway and only allowed customs to inspect 34 of the trucks. They've now crossed the boarder against the wishes of the Ukrainians with who knows what in the trucks they refused to let journalist or customs look at.
