* 15 people are on trial over the deadly preventable ferry disaster in South Korea.
* Eric Cantor lost his primary. O.o I'd say good riddance, but the replacement looks worse.
* There was a shooter at Reynolds High School in Portland. One student died plus the shooter. This is the seventy forth school shooting since Sandy Hook.
* There was a 7 hour SWAT standoff that ended in the apparent suicide of the gunman up on Sunset. He shot through the wall of the apartment into another unit.
