gwydion* A judge has ruled that the massive NSA data collection is "likely unconstitutional." The NSA has six months to show why it should be allowed to continue. I think it should stop now, but there is no way that's happening.
* I no longer consider "60 Minutes" to be a news program. I know it's supposed to be three strikes, but the two recent incidents are so bad, I think it justifies my opinion.
* A Shooter attacked a neurology clinic in Reno, with two dead and two wounded. The gunman is amoung the dead.
