* Nassau police decide extremely brutal gang rape as long as everyone involved in the violent assault is intellectually challenged. The argument is that since she hadn't the capacity to consent, she can't be raped and therefore it's reasonable to ignore her pleas for them to stop. WTF?!? Also, given one of her attackers is considered competent to stand trial for burglary, but not for gang rape. Shouldn't it be consistent? How is this even close to acceptable? Why should intellectually challenged girls be forced to go to school in the same glass with the boys who raped her?
