* The pain was extreme in the shoulder joint Friday. Saturday, I got very little sleep and I was having the too many things wrong with my body at once situation. It's mostly normal things that go wrong with my body, plus the nuisance virus ramping up to be rather more acute. It's not at all like Covid. It's more like the thing that went around autumn of... I'm thinking 2000 or 2001 that basically knocked out most of the local teachers at once causing rather a crisis for a couple of days. This is thankfully not nearly as bad, as yet, but it's a struggle on top of the pain stuff and assorted physical inconveniences. This is understandably effecting posting speed and quality.
