* I had surprise physio today as they had a cancellation and wanted to squeeze me in before my therapist went on vacation. As a result I got about three hours of sleep. I spent more than two hours on phone bureaucracy today. We also had a massive twoish hour internet outage that required tech support redoing all our wifi stuff. Luckily not at the same time. So that really nixed my get an aggregate posting out before midnight plan. I did a lot of article reading as the outage hit most of the way through news prep.

Barrett's track record in deciding cases is clearly bizarre. The one where according to Her Highness being called the n-word isn't clearly a form of harassment in itself therefore the litigant had to "prove" "subjective suffering" (the fuck is that, anyhow, how does one "prove" something subjective?) is enough to know how she'd decide almost anything. She's a literal organically grown and harvested AI-operated robot for the right.
