* Tavy really the fuck outdid himself today. Just before bed, I discovered he'd started pissing on the sofa arms and back where the pee guard doesn't cover. I changed his favorite box. I spent an hour trying top deal with that this evening. Around 5AM I smelled him peeing. He managed not only to get all the pee guard layers, leaving me only the option of tarping the sofa and it's a shitty plastic tarp, which isn't quite long enough, because of course, but he completely inundated the coffee table next to the sofa. The one covered with all sorts of things, a number of which he completely ruined, and others of which were a pain in the ass to clean.

I just... fuck. My arms hurt and I'm exhausted and I was supposed to go to bed early and that's blown up now, because I just spent most of an hour cleaning up pee and I'm going to have to go back and go over it all again and I now need a second tarp and at least two more of the human grade piss pads a friend gave us so I can cover the ends and I'm out of money again and October is expensive.

His pee was dark enough to concern me. He is drinking water and he pisses like a mule, but I think I'm going to have to try to force him to eat meat and he emphatically doesn't want to.

I'm running out of ideas. He did this with a clean litter box about five feet away.
