* Rando Doctor was really nice. We agreed it was likely a sinus infection infecting my lungs, as that fits the pattern. (The up and down improvement/worsening pattern. The battle I've been openly waging in my sinuses that the air purifier only partially helps. I can harbor a low grade sinus infection for years). I think there must be something in my chart, because the last... five? Six? Emergency random Doctors in the practice I've had emergency appointments with treated me like I was an expert on my own medical situation instead of some noob trying to score antibiotics for a viral infection.

So I'm off my AS meds for 10 days minimum. Let's all hope it's not a month like last Summer.
