* I am still short sleeped and the heat is making me sick as it's prone to do. I did manage to get out to the party, cookies in hand less than a half hour late. I was still the first to arrive. It was a low key chat/dinner/movie sort of thing. Next time, pavlova, I think, as it's delicious and gluten free as well. It was a good time, but very hot in the apartment. I managed to get back in time to hand off the car so Squirrel could get to work. It is cooler here in the house of winds and I'm perking up a bit, luckily.
