* The UK has opened a pop up hospital in Sierra Leone and is already triaging ebola vs. Malaria patients. (Malaria and ebola can look alike especially early on, but treatments are not the same and you don't want cross contamination). Several more are in the offing.

There is still little to no help in many stricken villages, as there are barely resources for the cities. People are dying for want of basic medical care and lack of things like gloves to slow spread.

* There is a massive protest ongoing in Mexico City over the disappeared 43 students in Iguala. They have found nearly 40 bodies in mass graves, but the government insists those were totally different mass murder victims, which raises a whole lot of new questions. My heart goes out to the family and friends of the missing.
