* As of Friday morning, Livia was comfortable enough to protest Tavy and I going to bed, by batting at my hand as I read as she wanted to play. Saturday morning her protest escalated to trying to knock the book out of my hand. We've started working on boundaries and social rules for both of them, since Tavy missed the ones that require more than one cat routinely sharing space. We actually got a good game of two cat wrigglers on even if Tavy is a little alarming to her in full on chase mode. I have started working on tailored versions of various cat games that take advantage of her play style. I think she'll grow into a first rate cat.

So the thing is, I'd be perfectly happy with Marcus/Peter, because I'd love to see an older gay male couple supporting each other through change and vulnerability and PTSD, especially outside of an AIDS context. That would be amazing and a sort of representation we don't get to see. I'd also be perfectly happy with Marcus/Tomas, because it really fits well with their arcs separately and together and let's face it, that would be incredibly sexy. Also, how many bi Latino men does one see in media in a starring role? So that would also be some representation we don't often see. I'm also completely cool with Bi/Pan Marcus if it's handled right. There is a shortage of good bi representation, and given how sensitively they've handled a whole host of things this season, I'm willing to give them a measure of trust not often afforded. I'd actually be there for Marcus/Tomas/Mouse if that's one of the choices, again, if they handle the bisexuality well. I am going to be incredibly fucking furious if I'm being queer baited.
I am going to miss the Kim family SO MUCH. I am mourning them as a group and not just the terrible loss they suffered. I want more Verity. I want more Rose. I want more Truck being a valued and loved part of the family. I want Shelby and Verity helping the younger ones heal. I am going to miss them.
And I really want to know what Father Bennet's been doing for the last three months, because Whoa!
I am also going to be furious if this ends here, because it's clearly perfect for a triptych and there are Waaaay to many unanswered questions.
* The Walking Dead. I was bored with the saviors from th supposed eeny meeny miny moe cliff hanger. I really needed that whole plot to be done ages ago and they have stretched it into the second half of a second year. sigh.
