* NYPD's illegal domestic spying ranges as far away as New Orleans. They are arresting folks without any law being broken and holding them without access to lawyers or charges being filed. They are taking names at film festivals, union meetings and private gatherings. This shit is getting scary.
* I crashed early, slept a few hours, couldn't sleep despite the meletonin, finished Black Magic Woman, watched half a silent film and the Dead Like Me pilot, made toast, puttered. Now I'm going to try a nap.
