gwydion* Someone shot at the White House Friday, but no one was injured. The first family was traveling and the bullet proof glass was.
* In Seattle, the police moved in and indiscriminately pepper sprayed the unarmed and unresisting crowd the crowd including senior citizens and at least one pregnant woman. An 86 year old lady was saved from trampling after her pepper spraying by a just returned war veteran.
* In New York, Bloomberg had 1000+ books destroyed from the protest library nd held the librarians over night, presumably because knowledge is now considered a dangerous weapon and librarians dangerous criminals. Bloomberg had the police destroy another 100+ books today as part of the ongoing free speech suppression in New York City. Remember, to the richest one percent, librarians are the real criminals, not the folks at Bank of America confiscating houses they don't own the mortgages to.
* I am sitting on the floor in the new apartment as I type this, with distressed cats mostly hiding in closets, though they periodically come out to yell at me. All I've eaten today is a granola bar, and all I've had to drink is two mouthfuls of water from when I took my pills. I am exhausted ad dizzy, but the Internet is mostly sorted as are the phones. The desk top hasn't come across yet, nor the living room TV, and there's going to be issues with setting the TV up, but sufficient unto the day are the evils therein.
