gwydion* Our ancestral house is gone. The deal closed. It's so weird to think of that house not being in the family, even though selling it was for the best.
* Mom's settling in well in her new apartment, and they are treating her really well there. She's started painting again, though hasn't finished anything new yet. It's sounding like she could use help with errands, and I feel a little bad about not being there to help. I'm doing what I can via the internet.
* I love Hector, but I wish he'd just eat his food instead of trying to fight me for every scrap of mine. I'm having a hard enough time eating, without the extra challenges.
