gwydionEquality just passed the New York senate 33 to 29. Andrew Cuomo was really pushing it, and so should be signing it ASAP.
This is huge. it more than doubles the number of people living in states with marriage equality, it allows out of staters to marry, and New york is one of the two most important jurisdictions (along with California) from a legal president perspective and so exerts a special influance on other states that most others don't.
