* To be clear my dislike of Amy Pond is to do with how she's written, not her actress, much as I don't blame Michelle Trautenberg for Dawn, Wil Wheaton for Wesley crusher, and whoever that was played Connor.
* There's a bunch of interesting Who discussion here: http://neo-prodigy.livejournal.com/951700.html?view=6989716&style=mine#t6989716
* Engineering sounds so much dirtier than it is: "blow yourself along," "blow your own sail," "mounting," "thrust."

* I've got to finish a couple anthologies by Tuesday, so I'm mostly focused on that, along with a bunch of housekeeping stuff I'm trying to get done. It's been a bad joint week, likely do to yoyoing barometric pressure, which makes everything stupidly difficult. Seriously, I was craving one of my old standards from five or so years ago, but couldn't stand long enough to get all the ingredients assembled, so rested a bit, then made something simpler. It's amasing how much the AS has changed my cooking when I think about it.
