* Things I forgot to say about Glee; 1. I totally get why other people love it so desperately, even though it doesn't resonate that strongly for me. 2. I love some of Kurt's outfits and there's a jacket he wears in an early episode that I'd give a tooth for. 3. I think watching it's a little too much like work in the literal sense for me. I loved teaching, but dealing with kids isn't something I do for fun at home, if that makes sense.

* I wonder what happens to all the kids who play little Cosette and Gavroche on Broadway and the in the traveling companies when they grow up....

I really dislike Glee. I find all of the characters extremely unpleasant individuals. It's like a nightmare vision of high school. I just can't laugh at all the unpleasantness. I've tried to watch a few episodes and I just find it so uncomfortable. I can understand on a theoretical level why people would like it but I find it unwatchable.
