In the last three hours, at least 200 people were murdered by the Syrian government, likely many more today when the Syrian government shelled and shot unarmed civilians in Homs in retaliation for part of the army defecting. They are shooting at medics and red cross preferentially to prevent the wounded receiving any aid.

It's heartbreaking and I have no words for how wrong it is that this continues to go on.
