* Today, I stripped the celebrex out of the sleep med planner to fill my awake meds slots. I dug up the pain drug before this and slotted them into the sleep meds compartments. If memory serves, it took a while for me to get sick on these. The dizziness won't matter while I'm sleeping and I can take them with the anti-nausea drug I'd phased out last week as I have plenty of those. The pre-authorization hasn't come through. I'll have to try again Monday. I can't afford to pay for them full price, so I'm fucked if they don't cover it.

* You know, it's been 5 years since Katrina. I've yet to have heard an adequate explanation for why we couldn't airlift supplies to the Superdome instead of letting people die of hunger and thirst.

* I love watching Brian Williams in informal settings as he delivers jokes and insults in the same deadpan news caster voice he uses for serious news. There's just something inherently funny about that.
