* I broke out the gooshy food early, on the grounds it was going to be hard to feed hector with all the stress. They are not shooting at the building for which I'm grateful, but Hector just isn't holding up well a month into the holiday with explosions going off at random all evening. For the record, the others don't like it, but are more equipped to cope. I've been coddling all four of them this last week as they got more stressed out, poor things.

* I was not up to crowds and hassle so I watched bad gay romance movies on Logo, and did way too much baking. It was way too much heat for baking. 8facepalm*

* I finished I Don't want to Kill You, and started Red Gloves, both sequels to things I've already liked.
