* Eric Holder is changing guidelines to Federal prosecutors so as to allow judges discretion on sentencing in drug crimes by leaving out drug amounts in the charges. What we really need is for Congress and the states to repeal mandatory minimums for non-violent drug offenses, but that's not going to happen.
* The Stop and Frisk ruling has complex results, and while technically a win, it's not going to stop the unconstitutional harassment of black and brown men in New York. I'm too disgusted to talk about it in depth, honestly.
* The Republicans in North Carolina are celebrating a major win in their War on the Right to Vote.
