I will say that the Advocate headline & article about the UK's Supreme Court decision is overstating the case somewhat. Which I'm saying not to defend the legal decision, but because the interpretation of it is still a live issue and I'm seeing a lot of lawyers & trans organisations here in the UK saying that claiming 'the decision is that trans women are legally men' is potentially counter-productive. Not the Advocate is alone in this - CNN did it too and they have far more resources! - but just FYI, for any other readers :)
