* 10/8/24 AM I was having one of those nights where everything was a struggle and the cats kept tag teaming me for attention which dramatically upped the difficulty. Tuesday is one of those times when I have too Doctor's appointments perfectly spaced to fuck up my sleep. Tuesday night I have social stuff that takes up my evening.

The cats finally both went to sleep, and I thought, surely, I shall get essential things done after I eat. I came back after second meal to have a browser crash. Taking all the links. So many links. Links i needed.

Surely, I thought, I can just go into history and restore all tabs. Ha ha! No. That only restored all the tabs i closed on purpose in the last day which is many and entirely useless. I wish Firefox still always opened all the tabs I was using, like it used to. Sigh.

So I wasted an hour and a half on that. I know I lost a bunch of stuff I either can't remember or didn't spot ion the stupid open each tab individually function. Fuck. And now I have less than two hours to do the things that need to be done before i leave for physio.

* 10/9/24 My toe can't heal properly from the break last summer as I just keep reinjuring it. I moved wrong preparing the aggregate and I think I rebroke it . Fuckssake!

* Summary:  On the 16th, HOA announced an emergency meeting that members weren't allowed to vote or participate in.  Thursday they rammed through a special assessment for $4416 and change due in 90 days.  This is on top of the $141 and change they raised us every month in august.  I am currently spending nearly everything on housing and bills.

The rate hike was legal as it was voted through properly: Reasonable notice. People allowed to vote. The second very likely was not, but that likely won't make a difference.

Squirrel can cover $2000 at best with the drop in income from COVID keeping them home.  We will see.  2000's about a month's pay for them.  It is impossible for me as I have about a hundred a month after bills and I'm already committed to 1. Pay mechanics so the car will make it to November, and some other commitments, like gas to get me to physio, cat litter, etc., out of the hundredish I have after bills. To give you an idea of the scale of the catastrophe, the rest is about 3 month's entire income.
