NOTE: There is a call for people to vote "uncommitted" in the Democratic primary as a protest against Biden's Israel policy. The time to pressure Biden with your vote is now, not in November. The pressure from all the different types of protests do seem to be working, if far slower than we'd like.

Know your state's schedule and where to vote. Make sure you and your friends are registered. If you are voting in person, plan how to get there.

If you live in an open primary state consider voting strategically. Otherwise, vote your heart in the primary. Remember how all those votes for Sanders and Warren pushed Biden and the party platform further left?

Remember to vote in all the races, not just the top of the ticket even if it's in a separate primary (as it is in my state). Who runs congress, your state, and your local government really matters. In some states this is a separate primary. Check the rules for your state.

Never, ever sleep on a chance to vote.

It is always better to vote for someone who will listen to us than to let someone who is actively trying to kill us.

* Washing Machine Update 3/29/24: I tried to schedule a repair, but our set up is too hard for the repairman's back. I have left a message with someone he recommended.

My suspicion it will be in the $200-300 range, but that's a wild guestimate that assumes 100 or less for parts.

Thanks to Thursday donors I have enough to cover the in home visit, plus an hour of labour at local rates.

* The washing Machine guy came. Luckily it was all labour and no parts, so I have clean clothes and bedding.

This week has been stupid hard, made harder by the can't sleep kuch thing. My arm hurts. I am eternally tired. Briwser crashed and wiped all links friday. I spent something like three hours barely scratching the surface on trying to get some things back.

I did manage to shower myself Friday, though really, I should have someone helping me in and out. I think I messed my arm up some getting in, but otherwise it was a little dicey, but fine.

* One of the many things I lost in Friday's browser crash was a fic I was reading about Frenchie and Jim integrating in Blackbeard's crew between season one and two and a slow accord building between Frenchie and Izzy. They'd just pulled a con to sell a painting to multiple people. I suck at finding things on AO3 as I barely use it and mostly just red recs friends make when I do. Lucius was in the walls, so likely started in the gap between seasons. It was something like 8 installments in and no sex, though I've no idea if the whole thing was G-rated. I don't know who rec'd it. I'm bummed I will likely never get to read the rest of it.

* I suspect I'll be slightly short for car repair and autowithdraws, even without paying other bills. i needed things like cat litter and tp. *facepalm*
