* Wednesday a week ago we had a Birthday swim party for one of the Millenials at the lake, which was fun, but exhausting. Thursday I was socializing with different
I cleverly went to bed before Midnight, knowing full well how exhausting Friday's tend to be, but even with melatonin and B Complex, I kept getting woken up and taking ages to get back to sleep, meaning Friday I was exhausted. On the upside I read about a third of Angel of the Overpass.

* We have achieved equitable estopple on my court case as of this afternoon, though the order won’t go out until late august.

Basically no one actually wanted me to have to pay this money as I owed it literally because someone accidentally forgot to check a box in November while setting me up with services and no one noticed until February. I was entitled to have the service covered. They just didn’t check a box, so my technical adversaries basically made my case for me, by stating the facts. My part of the case was me proving my poverty.

Why did it go to court? Because the law requires an administrative hearing before a judge. They are not legally allowed to forgive it even though they very much wanted to.


* What happened with the weird posting schedule on Tumblr and the complete failure to post the dreamwidth aggregate for a week and a half? Basically, I was tired. It was a lot of thing. literally. I was heavily scheduled the last couple of weeks and really i need way more rest than that. I had stuff like the Police Union calling me nearly every day for a week and a half because to block a number I have to unblock another so I get cascades in cases like this where they have something like ten auto-dialers and i only have 25 slots. (Two of the calls were the breast cancer scam charity and the fire fighter union as well.) They will not take me off their lists and there is no law stopping them from waking me up as often as they like. Plus medical calls. Plus stuff to do with the case. Plus RL obligations. Plus online obligations.

Add on being tired from the removal of McConneville from my interior, which while an immediate improvement, was just really hard on my body by itself. Add on the deteriorating air quality outside. The last few days you can really smell the world burning. I'm under filtration as much as I can be, but there was no air filter during this Wednesday's forage and shop, for example. We aren't getting the full on heat dome because the mountains and Bay still protect us somewhat, but it is too hot here since the edge does catch us. Also, the lung motor replacement is a week late in coming, so I'm been trying to work with dying equipment for two weeks.

So I kept having to go to bed early or being too tired to get stuff scaffolded and posted, so prepped links kept piling up and piling up. I suspect it looked extra weird to tumblr readers as the rough sort of things I've read means that stuff like world news, covid, and Us politics gets front loaded. Every time I have to reboot I start at the top with anything I've read in the meanwhile and... They just got a couple days of massive queer news blast followed by a week and a half of climate crisis and Olympics stuff dumped all at once. O.o

I am sorry. Especially I am sorry to people reading the aggregate concerned about my health. It may sound weird, but my not posting was me actually protecting my health, if that makes sense. It represents the decision to sleep before I run out of spoons to make it to bed if that makes sense.
