Rest in Peace, Little Miss
Jul. 22nd, 2020 01:30 amShe started fading in earnest this evening, and went into hiding under a bench a little after what looked like a minor stroke. She didn’t want company, so we were checking on her periodically. I heard a noise and she was clearly having a seizure, so I summoned Squirrel, her being his cat particularly.
She lived more than two decades. (I know he got her and her brother after we rescued Hector and Mache, but Squirrel and I differ on the exact when).
She outlived her beloved brother and Hector and Mache with whom she lived more of her life than not.
Her last week, she finally got to be queen of the clowder, A life long ambitions. she had all the pets she wanted, she slept in all the fiorbidden places.
It was a good long life and a fast death, and really that’s about as good as it gets.
