* Saturday I had a visitor. We drank tea and chatted. After, they tried to solve some computer issues for me, attached the new toilet seat, and helped solve sundry other small problems. We decided not to use the handles. the new seat, while having some small problems is dramatically more comfortable and noticeably easier to get up off of. It was definitely worth blowing most of a quarter's OTC benefits on, even though it means I am now nearly out of Epsom salts from he pain emergency.

The pain emergency is ongoing. It makes sleep super tough, and even with all my massive accumulated bag of tricks is proving incredibly hard to even mitigate. I am chipping away at it, but it is just hard to accomplish anything right now.

I was too tired to computer Saturday and instead snatched the opportunity to pull out the big guns medication wise, so that's why no Saturday postings. (When I do this I need aprox ten hours minimum for sleeping, plus need to add and extra two hours to the getting my shit together to get up phase. It did help at the chipping away and I did need the sleep, but it's not even close to solving the right arm problem).

...And Sunday we had an hour and a half power outage for no clear reason.
