* Monday was a mess. I got crappy sleep, but my lungs were good and my legs working reasonably well, so I dragged myself out to forage. Apparently I missed girl scout cookie season the second year in a row. Pharmacy wasn't ready. Library couldn't find one of my books. I paid Small Bill and came home with my sparse gleanings to discover my health plan is making me switch from literally the best doctor I ever had with no explanation and my lung motor had died. Oh, and it's clear the catastrophic failure of my dishwasher drainage system is well beyond my skills to fix. I somehow need to figure out how to clean up the last failed attempt and miraculously raise about 250.00 if I want a dishwasher that dish washes. Sigh. Look, I've lived without before, but my rack is long gone, I haven't room in tiny kitchen, and I'm medically fragile so double washing is just good sense. I'm basically fucked. I called around for estimates anyway. The only live person answering gave me the 250, figure. It's less than new, but not by all that much. Oh, and they lost my lung machine paperwork, so that's a drama they need to sort out their end tomorrow. No clue when I'll have medicine again. I need to try to figure out what to do about the Doctor thing tomorrow as I hit the 5 o'clock mark. honestly I just want to cry. Everything looks impossible and the dishwasher kitchen sink situation seems insurmountable. Plus I need to pay for eyeglasses early next month.

Update: Tuesday. I hit the exhaustion wall early and hard. It was a go directly to bed do not pass go situation, so I couldn't even post what I had. I slept like the dead and woke up late and so dizzy it was like I'd been at the rum. So apparently that's what was up with my ear last night and not simple congestion. I still had to get the washing machine prepped and force myself to eat something. All this moving around was at great personal riskand I had a few serious near misses. Still no lung machine as they never got back to me and I didn't call about the Doctor thing.
