* In Charleston over the weekend a policemen hunted and murdered an unarmed black man, Walter L. Scott, and placed his taser next to the man to frame him. He then lied in the official report, claiming that somehow the dead man had taken it from him. his lawyer claims that he followed all official proceedures. This policeman insists that he is such a coward that he was "in fear for his life" presumably at the sight of an elderly unarmed man fleeing away from him appropriately in fear for his life. Luckily a heroic bystander caught the cold blooded murder and framing on camera and had the sense to release it to the family and media outlets instead of handing over original coverage to police who could then cover up the murder by reeditting or "losing" the evidence.

Unlike as is the usual procedure when police hunt and kill unarmed black men in this country, they are actually charging the policeman appropriately.

Walter L. Scott was murdered for being a black man in possession of a busted tail light.

Let us hope they actually bring it to trial and convict him.
